Craig is the Chief Operating Officer of Inspire Impact. He has accumulated experience across the UK, Australia and NZ, working across private equity, mergers and acquisitions advisory and funds management. Craig brings a broad range of expertise across healthcare, transport & logistics, infrastructure, real estate and professional services on transactions totalling ~$1bn.
Craig is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), completed the CFA UK Certificate in Investment Management (IMC), and holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting.

Irene is an Investment Manager at Inspire Impact where she leads the advisory and investment execution program. She is an experienced investment professional with over 6 years' experience in corporate finance, advisory and private equity investing. Prior to joining Inspire Impact, Irene worked as an associate at Liverpool Partners, where she gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and capital raising.
Irene holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master in Audit and Management Development (with Distinction) from the Barcelona Business School and has completed an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management in Sydney.

Jonathan has over 10 years of senior experience in the corporate mid-market as both an investor and adviser across sectors in private equity, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and operational management.
He is the Managing Partner of [Liverpool Partners][0] and the Founder of [The Generations Foundation][1], through which both Liverpool Partners and Inspire Impact channel their philanthropical programs.

Katharine is an experienced corporate responsibility, sustainability and social impact practitioner, working with organisations across multiple industries to plan, deliver and measure improved social and environmental outcomes for almost twenty years. With a background in financial markets, she has worked in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Russia and also in West Africa as a volunteer school teacher.
Katharine has a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Development from Macquarie University and has been recognised as a Certified Shared Value Consultant and a Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner.

Kerry has advised or invested in equities since 1992 and his experience includes a number of senior roles. In 1999, he co-founded Perennial Investment Partners, which achieved strong investment performance and reached $20bn in asset under management within 8 years. Kerry has managed a listed equities impact fund since 2017 and, in 2018, he completed the Impact Measurement Program at Oxford University.

Lucy is Executive Assistant at Inspire Impact and has over 15 years’ experience supporting purpose driven leaders in professional and financial services. Prior to joining Inspire Impact, Lucy supported the CEO’s of LeapFrog Investments and Australian Ethical Investment. She holds a Bachelor of Science, with Honours, in Business Studies from the University of Stirling.

Michael is an expert in responsible investment (ESG and Impact Investment) with over 30 years experience with senior executive teams of large corporates on their sustainability strategy, corporate finance and asset management. Michael has held senior roles at leading organisations including AMP, ABC, Consolidated Press, Andersons.
Michael has a B.Comm(honours) in economics from the University of Cape Town, an MBA from Monash University and a Masters in Sustainability from the University of Cambridge. He is also a graduate of FINSIA, ASCPA and AICD.
Michael’s University Cambridge master’s dissertation (high distinction) was on the Scaling of Impact and Impact Measurement.
