The Inspire Impact team is a group of passionate, experienced investors who believe that social and financial outcomes can be achieved contemporaneously.

DISABILITY HOUSING FUND
Inspire Impact invests in the disability housing market, and has a growth mandate to reach 10% of the market ($500-750M) by 2025.
We enjoy an extensive network within the community care sector and champion a collaborative approach between all stakeholders (care providers, accommodation providers, residents and property owners) to deliver smart, scalable and sustainable disability housing solutions to improve people’s lives.
The anti-cyclical social infrastructure asset class delivers stable, high-quality yields supported by Government rental payments.
LISTED EQUITIES
The Inspire Australian Equities Fund (IAE) actively invests in and engages with ASX listed companies where their core business positively impacts society or the environment to support the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The retail fund provides daily applications and redemptions with minimum investment of $10,000.
Scalable impact fund with annual impact measurement reporting.
Inspire Impact is a member of Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA) and is also a signatory to the Principles for Responsible Investing (PRI).

Why we do it
Inspire Impact was born from our team’s passion to make a difference with our investment choices by connecting capital with organisations that deliver both a social and financial return. We believe that social and financial outcomes can be achieved contemporaneously and that we can all make good through our investment and consumption choices. Inspire Impact is also a cornerstone supporter of The Generations Foundation.
The Generations Foundation
The Generations Foundation provides funding to charitable projects supporting children in need across the globe. These needs are wide ranging and include shelter, education, health care, family assistance, food programs and community building initiatives.
As one of the foundation’s cornerstone supporters, Inspire Impact donates a portion of its investment earnings to the foundation. Inspire Impact’s employees are dedicated supporters of the foundation and generously salary sacrifice a percentage of their salary in to the foundation
